An incredible first month |
|
|
Since our launch four weeks ago, we have been overwhelmed by the positive response from our community – Zensical is already used in production by hundreds of projects. We shipped eight releases, continuously improving compatibility and stability, fixing most bugs in less than 24 hours. We've curated more than 60 feature requests from our community in our public backlog. |
Highlights |
mkdocstrings now supported |
One of the most requested features – mkdocstrings support – just shipped in Zensical 0.0.11. We're providing initial compatibility now, with a ground-up redesign coming in 2026. If you're using mkdocstrings to build API reference documentation for Python, you can now start switching to Zensical. See our documentation to learn more. |
Search up to 20x faster |
In 0.0.10, we made significant performance improvements to Disco, Zensical's search engine. Disco is now up to 20x faster than Lunr.js, used by Material for MkDocs, and delivers more relevant results, thanks to a new ranking algorithm. Startup time improved by a factor of four – search now feels snappier than ever! |
